At Skicn Club, we value your satisfaction with our skin analysis app and services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for premium subscriptions and in-app purchases made through the Skicn Club mobile application (the "App") or our website at skicnclub.com (the "Website").

By purchasing any premium features or subscriptions from Skicn Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.

1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 Premium Subscriptions

We offer refunds for premium subscriptions under the following conditions:

  • 14-Day Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase or the most recent renewal date.
  • Legitimate Reasons: Refunds are typically granted for technical issues that significantly impair the functionality of premium features, billing errors, or if the service does not perform as advertised.
  • First-time Subscribers: New subscribers who are dissatisfied with the premium service may be eligible for a full refund if requested within the first 14 days of their initial subscription.
  • Unused Subscriptions: If you have not used any premium features after purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund if requested within the refund window.

1.2 One-time In-app Purchases

For one-time in-app purchases (if applicable):

  • 7-Day Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  • Unused Purchases: The purchased feature or content must not have been substantially used or consumed.
  • Technical Issues: If the purchased feature does not function as described due to technical issues on our end, you may be eligible for a refund.

1.3 Promotional or Discounted Purchases

Special considerations apply to promotional or discounted purchases:

  • Purchases made with promotional codes or special discounts may have different refund terms, which will be specified at the time of purchase.
  • Free trial conversions to paid subscriptions are subject to the same refund policy as regular subscriptions, with the refund window beginning on the date of the first charge.

2. Non-Refundable Purchases

The following purchases are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription fees for periods that have already been partially or fully used, beyond the 14-day window.
  • Purchases where the refund request is due to a change of mind rather than service issues.
  • Purchases made more than 14 days before the refund request (for subscriptions) or more than 7 days (for one-time purchases).
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms and Conditions, such as those involved in fraudulent activity or abuse of the service.
  • Purchases where the user has already received a refund for a previous purchase.

3. Refund Process

3.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Our Support Team: Email your refund request to refunds@skicnclub.com or use the contact form on our Website.
  2. Provide Required Information: Include the following details in your request:
    • Your full name
    • Email address associated with your account
    • Date of purchase
    • Transaction ID or receipt number (if available)
    • Reason for requesting a refund
    • Description of any technical issues experienced (if applicable)
  3. Alternative Methods: Depending on your payment method, you may also:
    • For App Store purchases: Request a refund directly through Apple by visiting reportaproblem.apple.com
    • For Google Play purchases: Request a refund through Google Play by visiting play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory

3.2 Processing Time

Our refund processing timeframes are as follows:

  • Review Period: We will review your refund request within 3-5 business days of receipt.
  • Approval Notification: If your refund is approved, we will notify you via email.
  • Payment Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the approval date.
  • Credit Card Appearance: Depending on your payment method and financial institution, refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your account statement.

3.3 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • Credit/debit card payments will be refunded to the same card.
  • PayPal payments will be refunded to the same PayPal account.
  • App Store or Google Play purchases will be refunded through their respective platforms.

In some cases, we may offer alternative refund methods if the original payment method is no longer available.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Please note that canceling your subscription is different from requesting a refund:

  • Canceling a subscription will stop future automatic renewals but will not automatically result in a refund for the current billing period.
  • You can continue to use premium features until the end of your current billing period even after cancellation.
  • To cancel a subscription:
    1. Log in to your Skicn Club account
    2. Navigate to Account Settings
    3. Select "Subscription" or "Billing"
    4. Click on "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts
  • For subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play, you must cancel through those platforms directly.

5. Special Circumstances

5.1 Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that significantly impair your ability to use our premium services:

  • Contact our support team at support@skicnclub.com before requesting a refund.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • If we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund even outside the standard refund window.

5.2 Unauthorized Purchases

For purchases you believe to be unauthorized:

  • Contact us immediately at security@skicnclub.com.
  • Provide details of the transaction and why you believe it was unauthorized.
  • We may request additional verification information to process such refund requests.
  • For potentially fraudulent transactions, we recommend also contacting your payment provider to dispute the charge.

5.3 Account Termination

If your account is terminated:

  • Termination for violations of our Terms and Conditions may result in forfeiture of any right to refunds.
  • If you choose to delete your account, you may be eligible for a prorated refund of unused subscription time, subject to the conditions in this policy.

6. Exceptions and Discretionary Refunds

We recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise that are not specifically covered by this policy. In such cases:

  • We reserve the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
  • We may offer discretionary full or partial refunds, account credits, or extended subscription periods as alternatives to monetary refunds.

Documentation or evidence may be requested to support exceptional refund requests.
